HELLO FRIENDS!
From March to June 2015 I will be
volunteering in St Mary’s Hospital Lacor near Gulu, Northern Uganda. I will be working in the department of
anaesthesia and critical care in the hospital, and will also run a clinic for
the children of nearby St Jude Childrens Home.
I have organized this volunteering
placement directly with the hospital and community in Gulu so there are no
unnecessary third party costs. I am personally funding my flights and living
expenses so all funds raised will go directly to the hospital, children’s home
and community.
With the help of my sister Niamh, I am
organizing a fundraising concert in the Hawkswell Theatre in Sligo on Sunday
February 22nd. Tickets are €12 and it promises to be a great night
of music and dance!
